Made to Order Products

The A5 – Journal – Made to order and B7 – Journal – Made to order items are custom-made and handcrafted upon order.

Production Time

Estimated production time is 5–6 business days.
This timeframe is indicative and not binding and may vary due to:

• time of year,

• holidays,

• order volume,

• launches, drops or pre-orders.

Any extension of production time shall not constitute a contractual breach.

Start of Production

Production may begin within a few hours after order confirmation.
Once production has started:

• orders cannot be cancelled,

• changes are not accepted.

Handmade Nature

Each Atelier 14 product is unique and handcrafted using natural materials.
Aesthetic variations are inherent to the artisanal process.

Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and fully accepted these terms and conditions.
