Shipping Information

Production and shipping are two separate phases.

All orders are shipped with a tracking code.
Shipping times do not include production time.

Any delays caused by couriers, customs, holidays or force majeure events are beyond Atelier 14’s responsibility.

Once the order has been handed over to the courier, it can no longer be cancelled or modified.
